Frequently Asked Questions

You have questions. We have answers. This FAQ covers the most common questions about relocation to Mexico, our services, visa processes, and community.

Is relocation to Mexico right for me?

That’s a deeply personal question that depends on your unique situation, dreams, and needs. A good starting point is to ask yourself: What am I seeking? Why does relocation call to me? A free consultation with Della can help you explore these questions.

Can I relocate with family?

Absolutely! Many of our community members relocate with partners, children, and extended family. Each situation is unique, and we can provide guidance specific to your family’s needs.

What if I’m not sure I want to stay permanently?

You don’t have to commit to permanent relocation. Many people start with a trial period — a few months to a year — to see how they feel.

What visa options are available to me?

Mexico offers several visa options, including temporary residency, permanent residency, and pathways for digital nomads. The right visa depends on your situation, income, and plans. A consultation can help determine which is right for you.

Do you help with visa applications?

We guide you through the visa process and refer you to trusted immigration attorneys. We’ll transport you to the INM office for your appointment, if you wish. If you have not purchased the Premium Relocation package on the Connect Page, which includes transportation to INM office, the fee will be $85.00 for this service. You are responsible for paying attorney and INM fees directly.

How much do your services cost?

The initial 30-minute consultation is always free. Strategy Sessions are $197 (60 minutes). Our Premium Relocation Tour is $3,500. Digital courses (Soulful Migration: The Complete Immersion) (Coming Soon) is $397. Our E-book, Soulful Migration is available on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HC51RJ4Q

Do you offer payment plans??

Yes — Payment Plans are available on any services $1000.00 and up

What if I can’t afford your services?

We offer free guides and a free consultation to make sure cost is never a barrier to getting started. If you need more support, individual services and courses are available at different price points, so you can choose what fits your budget.
