Black to Mexico · blacktomexico.net Last updated: 103-2026
We collect less than most businesses our size, and we’d rather tell you plainly what we do collect than bury it. This page covers blacktomexico.net, seeyourfreedom.com, Cimarron Liberation (cimarronliberation.com), and the services we use to run them. All three are run by Black to Mexico, LLC.
What we collect, and when
When you join our email list or download a free guide. Your name and email address. That’s it.
When you book a call with us. Your name, email, the time you chose, and anything you write in the booking form. If you’ve told us something about your situation so we can prepare, we keep that.
When you buy something. Your name, email, and what you bought. We never see or hold your card details — our payment processor handles those and we only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded.
When you join The Circle or a course. The platform hosting it holds your account, your posts and your progress.
When you use the See Your Freedom calculator (seeyourfreedom.com). Your first name, email, and the monthly figures you enter. We keep the figures for 12 months, then delete them. This policy is the calculator’s privacy notice; seeyourfreedom.com links back to this page.
When you buy from Cimarron Liberation. Your name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered. We never see or hold your card details.
When you simply read the site. We use Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages they read. It uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser and approximate location. We don’t use it to identify you personally. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Our web host and the tools above may also set the basic cookies they need to work, such as for booking or logging in. [CONFIRM: that Site Kit is connected to Analytics only. If AdSense is connected too and ads can show on the site, add a line saying so. If you don’t run ads, disconnect AdSense.]
We never ask for a passport number, a government ID, a bank account, or a visa application. If you’re sending those to an attorney we introduced you to, they go to the attorney, not to us.
Who else holds it
We don’t sell your information and we never will. These are the services that hold it in order to run the business:
- Kit — our email list
- Acuity Scheduling — bookings
- Stripe — payments
- Thinkific — courses
- Mighty Networks — The Circle and The Threshold
- Base44 — the See Your Freedom calculator
- Shopify — the Cimarron Liberation store
- Bluehost — hosts this website and holds what you send through its forms
- Zapier — moves information between the services above
- Google Analytics — site visit statistics
Each holds it under its own terms, to provide its service to us. We don’t pass your information to advertisers or data brokers.
What we use it for
To send you what you asked for. To run what you bought. To answer you. To tell you about our work if you’re on the email list — and to stop, immediately, if you’d rather we didn’t.
We don’t use what you tell us in a consultation as material for a blog post, a social media post, or a course, unless you’ve said we can, in writing, about that specific thing.
How long we keep it
As long as you’re a customer or a subscriber, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records and our tax obligations. Ask us to delete it and we will. The one exception is the calculator’s figures, which are deleted after 12 months, as described above.
What you can ask for
Write to info@blacktomexico.net and we’ll tell you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Within 30 days, at no charge, and we won’t ask why.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. It works on the first click.
